Director of Client Strategy

Jill Gainer is the Director of Client Strategy at BAM. She's a marketing professional who thrives on turning bold ideas into tangible results—powered by curiosity and a can-do attitude. With over 20 years of experience across industries like pet care, CPG, and healthcare, she has a knack for crafting integrated marketing strategies that not only meet business goals but consistently exceed them.  Whether leading cross-functional teams, launching new products, or developing full-scale marketing plans...she's not afraid of a challenge. 

She’s passionate about fostering growth, both for brands and the people she works with, believing that the best results come from blending creativity with data-driven insights. Coming from a very strong media (traditional and digital) background, she's also revitalized ecommerce brands, spearheaded pet product innovations, and worked with iconic companies like Coca-Cola, Enterprise, and Royal Canin. Jill studied English at the University of Missouri–St. Louis (fair warning: she’s quick with a red pen).

Jill is a proud eighth-generation St. Louisan—her family was among the city’s earliest residents, dating back to the 1700s. When she’s not immersed in marketing work, you’ll find Jill enjoying time with her kids and grandkids, travelling, or catching live music and local sports. She believes in the power of a good story, the magic of diet Coke, and never taking herself too seriously.
