In addition to the daily demands of agency leadership, she remains tirelessly invested in the development of each client’s annual marketing strategy, and leads BAM’s senior account management team in the implementation of every marketing plan.
As the Chief Growth Officer at BAM, Robin is an expert at identifying and implementing additional services that add value for existing clients, as well as building new client and partnership opportunities; concentrating on performance, strategy and alignment of the organization’s revenue growth while delivering an excellent client experience. She also oversees our revenue pipeline and leads, capitalizing on resources to align with current market trends, creating sustainable growth and innovation for BAM and our clients.

Veronica acts as a vital support system to everything BAM does. She oversees all client work and develops strategies for our clients, while leading our teams through the execution phases of our strategic plans. She also lends her expertise and management on video production and coordinates special events.
Jordan Longhi Executive Director of Digital Marketing
Jordan works alongside the digital marketing team on vision, strategy execution and optimization to create successful digital campaigns. On a day-to-day basis, he monitors various online platforms to make sure advertisements and social media tactics are performing as expected while proactively presenting new opportunities to our clients, helping to optimize their digital efforts.
As the head of BAM’s traditional media team, Courtney directs all functions of the department from strategic development and evaluation through implementation, while often managing multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns. Leaning on her seasoned experience and hundreds of well-established relationships with the nation’s leading media outlets, Courtney brings a modern approach to media targeting and buying few others can replicate.
Ryan McMichael Executive Director of Creative Services
Ryan brings more than two decades of agency experience as a creative leader and award-winning copywriter for numerous iconic brands. At BAM, he leads our talented team and creative process, directing efforts across all clients.
With over 30 years of experience in account, production and project management Sue uses her expertise to take care of all the internal details of our business. Sue oversees BAM’s financials including accounts payable and receivables. She manages our human resources and facilitates our employee benefits. Liking to keep a foot in production, Sue also supports BAM’s account managers with direct marketing projects and oversees print management for our clients.
As BAM’s Public Relations Director, Jessica leads all of our client’s earned media and strategic communications efforts. As an expert at generating positive free media exposure for our clients, her goal is to find strategic and creative ways to help clients communicate their messages clearly.
As an Account Director, Julio helps oversee strategy and creative direction for BAM’s clients. He enjoys collaborating with clients and the BAM team to ensure the successful execution of their strategic, integrated marketing campaigns.
Kaci strives to create and implement successful, creative digital strategies for our clients. She works hard to stay up-to-date on the latest, constantly changing digital trends. She loves that she can combine her writing skills, creativity and strategic thinking while building digital marketing campaigns.
Adam works diligently to create and implement fully-developed, creative social media plans and comprehensive digital strategies for our clients. He is constantly staying up to date on trends in the ever-changing social and digital landscape to better serve BAM’s clientele. He loves the blend of creativity and strategy that digital marketing brings, and he is always working both angles when thinking up campaigns.
Colleen provides integral support to BAM’s account managers all while running the operations of the office and serving as our poet laureate. She processes all media invoices for BAM’s clients and manages the accounts payable and receivables for all advertising campaigns.
As a media specialist, Olivia works closely with Courtney to build and maintain relationships with media stations and vendors. She also makes sure that our campaigns are seen by the right people by helping to place our traditional media.
As part of the BAM media team, Kelly works closely with clients and media vendors to execute successful campaigns based on client goals. With a background in the media industry, she ensures campaigns are running efficiently and effectively.
Elsie Heckel Project Manager & Production Assistant
Elsie Heckel is our all-in-one project manager. She is a real triple threat – managing print, projects, and production. Plus, she’s our resident event planner with extensive experience planning corporate events, weddings, and group trips.
As a part of our digital team, Owen helps develop and execute strategic social media plans, focusing on both paid and organic posts that maximize efficiency and success for any budget or goals our clients have.
Kent is BAM’s Human Resources Director and motivational speaker. Kent takes care of all of the BAM employees by setting them up with the proper insurance, making sure everything in the office is up-to-date, and lifts up each individual employee with his great attitude.
Jessica’s role as creative director at BAM is to provide clients with visual and creative solutions to their marketing needs. She is always challenging herself and never fears diving into something new. Her skills include conceptualizing ad campaigns, website design, layout of anything from small ads to corporate annual reports, environmental graphics, logo design and much more.
Dustin joined BAM in the summer of 2018 as a full-time graphic designer after interning with BAM. He creates effective and inventive designs for print, digital, video graphics and logos to best suit BAM’s clients’ needs. Dustin brings in a lifelong passion for graphic arts and years of custom graphics experience.
Tim’s experience in graphic design has taught him that client’s needs are the priority, and creating visual content to communicate their message is key. With a Creative Director background, Tim received recognition for the design of various award-winning point of sale programs as well as interior and exterior exhibit displays for the Budweiser brand. Tim feels fortunate to have also directed various photo shoots while working closely with the Budweiser Clydesdales and the Bud Racing Teams.
Renée provides concept development and branding campaigns for our clients. She’s an award-winning copywriter who has written and produced hundreds of radio and TV spots. She’s written for all media from outdoor to entire websites. She enjoys learning about our clients’ businesses, what makes them tick, and providing solutions that put them on the map.
