Bonni is the Founder and CEO of BAM Marketing Agency, which has represented over 75 local and national businesses in a variety of marketing roles. Bonni has more than 35 years of experience in the marketing and media industry. She successfully launched a network television station in St. Louis, Missouri, and remains in the top 3 percent of women in the country to hold a position of Chief Operating Officer in the broadcast business.
Veronica acts as a vital support system to everything we do. She manages and leads our client projects and ensures everything stays on track. This includes planning, organizing, and tracking the objectives, resources, and progress of all our client work. Veronica joined BAM in 2018, bringing years of industry expertise and experience.
Jordan specializes in the digital aspect of marketing – creating and executing our clients’ digital strategies. On a day-to-day basis, he monitors various online platforms to make sure advertisements are performing as expected. He also monitors and develops social media strategies. He works proactively to present new opportunities to our clients. Jordan enjoys the diversity of BAM’s clients and getting to see many different industry verticals in action.
Courtney Longhi Media Manager/Senior Account Manager
Courtney works closely with clients on a day-to-day basis to create and execute uniquely developed strategic plans. She also works closely with the media while planning and executing marketing strategies for BAM’s clients, making sure executions match the campaign’s strategic plan and budget. She is a master negotiator and ensures all of BAM’s client media dollars go further with what we like to call the “BAM Bonus”. Courtney has extensive training and knowledge in media buying and strategy.
Ryan brings more than two decades of agency experience as a creative leader and award-winning copywriter for numerous iconic brands. At BAM, he leads our talented team and creative process, directing efforts across all clients.
Kent is BAM’s Human Resources Director and motivational speaker. Kent takes care of all of the BAM employees by setting them up with the proper insurance, making sure everything in the office is up-to-date, and lifts up each individual employee with his great attitude.
As BAM’s Public Relations Manager and Account Manager, Jessica focuses on generating positive media coverage for BAM’s clients and finding creative ways to make their brand stand out. In addition to working on conceptual ideas and written content, Jessica also writes and edits stories for various clients’ social media campaigns.
As an Account Manager at BAM, Adam works closely with his clients as the primary point of agency contact. He is responsible for fully understanding the client’s needs, wants and priorities as he manages the implementation of his clients’ marketing plans.
Adam works diligently to create and implement fully-developed, creative social media plans and comprehensive digital strategies for our clients. He is constantly staying up to date on trends in the ever-changing social and digital landscape to better serve BAM’s clientele. He loves the blend of creativity and strategy that digital marketing brings, and he is always working both angles when thinking up campaigns.
Kaci strives to create and implement successful, creative digital strategies for our clients. She feels it is important to stay up to date on the latest digital trends, as they are changing constantly.
Colleen provides integral support to BAM’s account managers all while running the operations of the office. She processes all media invoices for BAM clients and manages the accounts payable and receivables for all advertising campaigns. Colleen loves seeing the growth and success of BAM’s clients and enjoys knowing she was able to contribute.
Elsie Heckel is our all-in-one project manager. She is a real triple threat – managing print, projects, and production. Plus, she’s our resident event planner with extensive experience planning corporate events, weddings, and group trips.
Olivia is a double threat as a project manager and media coordinator. She works closely with Courtney to build and maintain relationships with media stations and vendors. She also makes sure that our campaigns are seen by the right people by helping to place our traditional media.
Renée develops concepts and creates branding campaigns for our clients. She enjoys learning about our clients’ businesses and providing unique solutions that work for them. Renée has extensive experience in developing concepts for multiple brands and industries including Purina ONE, Wonder Bread, McDonald’s, SweeTarts, West County Mall, Shoe Carnival, Hostess Cakes, Eveready Battery, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and numerous financial institutions and medical centers.
Jessica’s role at BAM is to provide clients with visual and creative solutions to their marketing needs. She is always challenging herself and never fears diving into something new. Her skills include conceptualizing ad campaigns, website design, layout of anything from small ads to corporate annual reports, environmental graphics, logo design, and much more. Jessica’s expertise is in graphic design and creative direction, and she loves to see the end result of the marketing process, especially clients’ reactions when they have met their goals.
Dustin joined BAM in the summer of 2018 as a full-time graphic designer after interning with us. He creates effective and inventive designs for print, digital, video graphics, and logos to best suit BAM’s clients’ needs. Dustin brings in a lifelong passion for graphic arts and years of custom graphics experience.
Tim creates graphic themes, looks, logos, and a variety of other creative executions for our clients. He loves to be “game ready” for whatever challenge the day may bring and enjoys working with clients, accepting their challenge, and giving them a product to be proud of.
